Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. A dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Destinations, rates and delivery times

Pickup-point delivery is free on orders of €200 or more. Where no pickup point is offered (Norway), home delivery is free from €200. Delivery to Switzerland, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Qatar is free with no minimum order. Rates include VAT and apply per order; the available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout.

Mainland France

Pickup point — €5.90, free on orders of €200 or more — 3 to 5 working days (Mondial Relay).
Home delivery with signature — €13.90 — 2 to 4 working days.

European Union (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany)

Italy

Switzerland

Home delivery with signature — free — 4 to 7 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to Switzerland.

Norway

Home delivery with signature — €24.90, free on orders of €200 or more — 6 to 9 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to Norway.

United States

Home delivery — free — 3 to 7 working days (express carrier, UPS or FedEx). No pickup point is offered to the United States.

Japan

Home delivery with signature — free — 5 to 9 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to Japan.

South Korea

Home delivery with signature — free — 6 to 10 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to South Korea.

Saudi Arabia

Home delivery with signature — free — 6 to 10 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to Saudi Arabia.

Qatar

Home delivery with signature — free — 6 to 10 working days (Colissimo International). No pickup point is offered to Qatar.

Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are outside the European Union: customs duties and local import tax are payable by the recipient on delivery, in addition to the order value. A commercial invoice travels with every parcel.

United States: no free trade agreement links the European Union to the United States, and the $800 de minimis exemption on low-value shipments is suspended. Duty therefore applies from the first dollar, in the region of 15% of the order value, plus the carrier’s disbursement fee, typically $20 to $25. These amounts are collected from the recipient by the carrier at the time of delivery and are not included in the price shown.

Because our bags are made in the European Union, the EU–Japan and EU–South Korea free trade agreements apply: the statement on origin carried on the commercial invoice allows the recipient to claim preferential treatment. Japanese consumption tax (10%) or Korean VAT (10%), together with any carrier clearance fees, remain payable in all cases.

South Korea: Korean customs require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC — 개인통관고유부호) for every international parcel addressed to an individual. Please send it to us at Auneshop.contact@gmail.com when you order. Without it, the parcel moves to formal import clearance and delivery takes longer.

Saudi Arabia and Qatar: no free trade agreement links the European Union to the Gulf states. The GCC common external tariff duty of 5% therefore applies to the order value, to which Saudi Arabia adds VAT at 15% (Qatar levies no VAT at present). For a parcel addressed to an individual, both Saudi and Qatari customs require proof of identity from the recipient and a reachable local telephone number: please provide a valid mobile number when you order, failing which the parcel will be held at customs.

Delivery times run from dispatch and are counted in working days. They are indicative and may vary during busy periods. In all cases delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking and receipt

The tracking number follows the parcel through to handover. At a pickup point the parcel is held for the period set by the carrier; after that it is automatically returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch, the cost of which is yours.

On receipt, check the condition of the parcel. If it is visibly damaged or has been opened, record a precise reservation with the carrier and tell us within 48 hours at Auneshop.contact@gmail.com, with photographs: we will take it from there.

If a parcel is lost, or marked delivered but never received, contact us: we open an enquiry with the carrier and, where loss is confirmed, the item is reshipped or refunded.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, under the right of withdrawal set out in our Terms of Sale. No reason is required.

How to proceed

Write to Auneshop.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number and the items concerned.
We confirm the request and send you the return address.
Send the parcel back within 14 days of your notification, using the carrier of your choice.

Conditions of acceptance

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of marks of use or odour, with their tags and their dust bag or protective packaging. An item whose value has been reduced by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics may be subject to a proportionate deduction from the refund.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is at your expense. We strongly recommend a tracked service: the parcel travels under your responsibility until it reaches us, and a return lost without proof of postage cannot be refunded.

Return postage is ours to bear, however, where the item is faulty, does not match its description, or where a dispatch error is our fault.

Refund

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from recovery of the item or receipt of proof of postage, to the payment method used for the order. It covers the price of the returned items and, where applicable, the standard delivery charge originally paid; extra costs arising from a faster or more expensive delivery method than the standard offer are not refunded. Customs duties and import taxes paid outside the European Union are not refunded by us; their recovery is a matter for the customs authority of the country concerned.

Exchanges

We do not operate direct exchanges. For a different model or colour, return the item under the conditions above and place a new order.
