Terms and conditions of sale
These terms of sale govern all sales made through the AUNE website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Seller
The AUNE website is operated by VINTAGE BY MAISON FRANCOEUR, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, registered office at 18 rue Étienne Dolet, 45000 Orléans, France — SIREN 106 342 843, Orléans Trade Register, VAT number FR03 106 342 843.

2. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are as faithful as we can make them but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly for colour. Leather being a natural material, variations in grain and shade may occur from one piece to another.
3. Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes in the currency of the selected delivery country — in euros for France and the European Union. Prices displayed outside the European Union include neither customs duties nor local import tax, unless stated otherwise when the order is placed. Delivery is free of charge to every destination we serve. AUNE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rates in force when the order is placed.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. AUNE reserves the right to refuse an abnormal order or one giving rise to suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured and AUNE never has access to full card details.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. Delivery times are indicative and AUNE cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier. Destinations served, delivery times and customs formalities: see our Shipping & returns page.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached. Return postage is at the customer's expense. The refund is made within 14 days of recovery of the item. 8. Guarantees
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Both are free to invoke, by writing to us at Auneshop.contact@gmail.com.
9. Personal data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the GDPR.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action — write to us at Auneshop.contact@gmail.com.
